Strangling the Bear. CSIS report by DiPippo, D. By Tim Tufuga, June 24th, 2022.

Strangling the Bear article by Gerard DiPippo on CSIS, has demonstratably revealed the futility of punitive Western economic sanctions to stifle the Russian special military operation via economic sanctions.  The International economic sanctions against Russia since the Special Military Operation against Ukraine had commenced back in February 24th, 2022, seems to have backfired on NATO, the EU and UN, with an escalating global oil and cost of petrol at the bouzers, the Russians have reported an 80% revenue increase in profit with their oil and gas supplies, amounting to a $1billion per day in oil and gas revenues since February 24th, 2022.  How was this possible? Two things, the EU market spike in Russian oil and gas supplies to ENEMIES. Secondly, the Chinese Russian gas pipeline that was commissioned on February 4th, 2022, ensuring that China would have an unfettered energy security supplyline directly from the Siberian oil and gas supplylines with Russia. What does this mean...

Fonotaga a le Palemene o Samoa - Samoan Budget 2022-23. Tim Tufuga

The Samoan Annual Budget. $789million in revenue, added to that $85 million in aid, total $875million for 2022-23 National Gross Income, with $964 million in expenditure. Leaving a National Deficit of $89million for the 2022-23 fiscal year. Compared to the previous year, of 2021-22, whereby the Samoan GDP was worth $898million with $999million expenditure, leaving a $101million deficit. The Samoan 2022-23 budget has seen an improvement of $23 million less annual deficit compared to 2021-22. Comparatively speaking, the Samoan GDP is comparable to a City Council Budget in Australia. Understandably, with a population of 200,000 Samoa has a very modest income stream, with no natural resources such as minerals, oil or gas reserves, Samoa is very dependent upon foreign aid for its survival. Samoa relies solely on foreign aid for its survival. It is for this very reason that Samoa needs a very strong Regional Hegemon to ensure the survival of a struggling Nation. Fiji, and Papua New Guinea h...

The Mea Culpa for the Russian Military Operation Casus Belli, ignored by the Western Media. A report by Patrick Lancaster. By Tim Tufuga.

Image
Confirming that the US, British and Australian M777 artillery were used by the Ukrainian military to bombard Donetsk City civilians. Again the Western Media will not report on such incidents. Patrick Lancaster ex-US Navy serviceman, now a war correspondent, within the Donbass Region since 2015, confirms that since 2014, the Ukrainians were responsible for most of the civilian casualties within the Donbass Region and not by the Russians. This footage also confirms the collusion of NATO, Australia and other western countries in the oppression and repression of the Donbass Region. As soon as Patrick Lancaster posted his youtube video footage of the deaths of Donetsk City civilian, more M777 shelling of the very same area had occured after the video, revealing that the Ukrainian Military feel confident that they can get away with anything against the Donbass Russian civilians. Even shooting down MH17, the Ukrainians are able to embellish evidence and convince the hardwired NATO Nations and...
