Strangling the Bear. CSIS report by DiPippo, D. By Tim Tufuga, June 24th, 2022.

Strangling the Bear article by Gerard DiPippo on CSIS, has demonstratably revealed the futility of punitive Western economic sanctions to stifle the Russian special military operation via economic sanctions.

The International economic sanctions against Russia since the Special Military Operation against Ukraine had commenced back in February 24th, 2022, seems to have backfired on NATO, the EU and UN, with an escalating global oil and cost of petrol at the bouzers, the Russians have reported an 80% revenue increase in profit with their oil and gas supplies, amounting to a $1billion per day in oil and gas revenues since February 24th, 2022.

How was this possible? Two things, the EU market spike in Russian oil and gas supplies to ENEMIES. Secondly, the Chinese Russian gas pipeline that was commissioned on February 4th, 2022, ensuring that China would have an unfettered energy security supplyline directly from the Siberian oil and gas supplylines with Russia.

What does this mean to the Ukrainian Conflict and the effect of the UN, NATO and the EU sanctions against Russia? It means that Russia had anticipated the likely repurcussions for conducting military action against Ukraine and their contingency plans were already anticipated well ahead in a Post Cold War default for the Russians against a most likely NATO conflict situation and a global Iron Curtain case scenario.

The default for the Russians was previously planned with the construction of BRICS and especially with the establishment of  the Russian Chinese gas pipeline and ensuring a permanent Energy Security pact between China and Russia prior to the Ukrainian conflict by the Putin administration.

Presently, the US has resorted to an ad hoc military supply chain to prolong the Ukrainian conflict at the cost to the domestic stagflationary impact with rising inflation and a bear market impact on global trading markets.

Therefore, accordingly, the Russian Battle plan, at least from an economic political standpoint is going to plan, the military strategy within the Donbass Region, likewise, is also going according to plan as well.

For NATO and the US, the American Hegemonic influence has been sorely tested and the Biden Adminstration has been found wanting.
