Ukraine Russia Conflict impact in the Pacific. By Tim Tufuga 3rd March 2022.

 With a likely victory in Ukraine for Russia, which is only a matter of time, the end game seems clear. A new world order will arise.


Russia, China and India will cement the BRICS economic bloc which will circumvent the Western Stock Markets, the implication will create a powerful new world order in which Samoa and the Pacific Forum will be an integral part in this global regional reset and re-design.

The Pacific Forum will transition away from their Eurocentric Colonial past and more regionally focused with China becoming the Regional Hegemon. Australia and New Zealand will wane suffice the influence of the Pacific Islander communities within the respective Australian, American and New Zealand communities. The Aborigines of Australia and The Maori of New Zealand will look towards the Pacific Forum and their regional perspective and will find affinity and common cause. The Chinese influence will be Asian and Oceania focused which will benefit Pacific Islander Nations.

The String of Pearls Foreign Policy objective of China initially within the South China Sea food security expansion into the South China Sea will also extend to the Oceania region with further Chinese cultural assistance to Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Samoa, Tonga and Fiji which will now be even closer as the Eurocentrism of the Anglo-American world centred in the New York United Nations, will wane in influence from the Asian and Oceania region.

Samoa will welcome the Chinese influence and protection as America elevates their Defcon status within Europe, all the while China increases their economic sphere of influence within the South Pacific.

Russia will move further East as they become the Pariah of Europe and North America. China is set onto a more pivotal global position as the EU and North America turns insular and acutely Eurocentric and Xenophobic as Nazism arisis throughout Europe and North American Geo-Political Narratives.

In the meantime, from the Pacific Islander perspective, this is a seachange which will once and for all end the decolonisation transition from the European global supremacy. With the current war within Europe, the topic of White Supremacy has reignated the colonial sins of yesteryear echoing throughout the memories of former Colonial regions, from Africa, Asia, Middle East, East Europe, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and, in particular, from my side of the planet, with the Oceania region.

Russia has become the trigger for a global paradigm shift in the hegemonic influence of the Anglo-American world view and the hitherto Eurocentrism, outward towards the East. With China and India as a new regional focused hegemonic forces to fragment Internationalism to insular regional focused Orwellian new world order, based upon regionalism.

Interesting to see how the Tongan Armed Forces will be present at the next Talisman Saber military exercise in 2023. Samoa is excluded as per usual simply because Samoa has no Armed Forces. Funnily enough, the British had deliberately denied the  Samoans a military branch since the British Empire invaded German Samoa on August 29th, 1914. Samoa has never had a military branch. Nor does Samoa every want to. It is percieved as unnecessary. Samoa is twice the population of Tonga and yet Samoa has no military branch. The Tongan Kingdom has a military branch and police force which was deliberate by the British government in the anticipation of the Tongan Kingdom representing the Polynesian race as part of the Polynesian Kingdom, whereas Samoa was meant to be a vassal to Tonga according to the British designs with the Tonga having a Kingdom and Samoa Princedom which has now morphed into a Presidential syle of musical chairs amongst Amalgamated Cheiftains ensuring that Samoa remains a sub...
