Elinova from Russia is helping the Donbass Region Refugees: our new reality. Refugees, new laws, news that we see

  1. Excellent report on the Donetsk and Lugansk Oblast Refugees. I was concerned with their situation because according to the media misinformation and disinformation being disseminated throughout Western media and especially here in Australia, the Donetsk and Lugansk Refugees were being kept in Concentration Gulags. I hope that this is not the case.

In Australia, we have only Ukrainian Refugees. They have arrived and are immediately granted a special visa to remain in Australia and are receiving Australian welfare and shelter and are free in Australia. It is paradoxical because, as far as I am concerned the Donbass Region repression that had begun all this Russian military operation was due to the repression by the Ukrainian military.

I know that the Russians elites are being unfairly racially profiled and have been subjected to asset freezing punitive measures.

Also, the censorshop of the Russian media throughout Youtube and on google projects a very parochial storyline on the Ukrainian conflict and the narrative of Russian military actions. Most notably are the allegations of War Crimes. I am convinced that most of the claims are propaganda and are embellished.

Finally, I am very pleased to hear your candid reports even of your government restrictions which I agree regarding with disseminating misleading information.

I agree with your voluntary work for the Donbass Refugees. Well done.

Good luck and all the best.

I disagree with my Government on their views on Russia and especially against Russian people. We have 75,000 Australians of Russian ethnicity. I am a Samoan we too have 75,000 here in Australia as well. I would be outraged if we are also racially profiled and subjected to Governmental sanctions unfairly as well.

    Regards from Australia.
